What is Foundation?
Foundation is a skin colored cosmetic applied to the face or neck to create an even, uniform color to one’s complexion, to cover flaws, and sometimes, to change the underlying skin tone.
Formulations can include liquid, powder, and creams and may be applied using a variety of methods – from the fingers and hands (not recommended) – to brushes, sponges, and airbrushing tools.
